  • Keen Sense for Detail: A successful shopper possesses a sharp eye for detail. This means noticing the small things that can make a big difference for a business’s customer experience, including aspects about a store’s cleanliness to the friendliness of their staff.
  • Internet Access: This may seem like a no-brainer, but since our process involves digital forms and online submissions, you will need to have reliable internet access. Mystery shoppers must be comfortable using email and navigating the web.

The Application Process

We’ve made the application process as easy and straightforward as possible in the hopes of attracting a wide range of applicants, including you.

  1. To get started, simply head to our Become a Shopper page.
  2. Click the Sign Up Now button, which will take you to our registration system. Simply follow the onscreen prompts to complete the process. Note: We do not require registration fees nor special certifications to shop. We would advise you to not shop with mystery shopping companies that do.
  3. Navigate to the Shop Board after you’ve registered. This will show you the available assignments near you, which will include brief summaries of what’s expected and what the compensation is. Moreover, you can set the range that the board shows you by entering a zip code and defining how far you’re willing to travel.
  4. Select any assignments that interest you and would fit in your schedule. If your request is approved, you will be contacted via email by one of our schedulers.

Keep in mind that we add new shops during the first week of each month, so be sure to keep checking back! Assignments go quickly, so don’t delay!
